Hours: 7 am - sunset

Trailer parking: It costs $3 to park here for the day. Day use is the same area as camping so nice big spots just make sure youre not at someones campsite.

Horse friendly: The people on trail are super horse friendly. Every bike rider was very curteous to the horses!

What to expect: There are lots of different trails in this area. Each one will show what is and is not allowed on the trail. 

Terrain and difficulty level: Depending on which trails you take you can have an easy to difficult ride. Ours was a nice balance of flat heading out towards Dana Point and then we encountered more hills when we headed back to Rancho Santa Margarita for a In-N-Out run.

Overall thoughts: We all enjoyed the trail and feel the $3 parking fee was worth the open parking available to equestrians.
